Please read all instructions before starting Remote HelpDesk.
Before beginnng, you must be on the phone with the staff member you will be working with.
The staff member will provide you with a password to connect to our system.
After clicking on the link to start HelpDesk (below), you will see a screen similar to this:
Click RUN to start downloading
Click RUN again as a security precaution
Once you have filled in your First Name, click OK to start the connection.
Once a connection has been established, you will see a Success message. Please tell our staff that you have successfully connected to our server and then press OK.
Our staff can now connect to your machine and assist you. Happy computing!
When we are done, right mouse click on the EYE icon in the toolbar and click EXIT. This will disconnect you from our service and unload the program from your computer.
